Dr. Aislyn Hagan is a dedicated chiropractor with a strong foundation in both clinical care and athletic performance. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with Honours from Western University, where her passion for human movement and rehabilitation first took root. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating with a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Currently, Dr. Hagan is a Sport Sciences Resident with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) — an elite designation that reflects her dedication to advancing her expertise in sport-related injury management and performance care.
Her clinical approach integrates a range of techniques tailored to each individual’s goals and needs. These include spinal manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitative exercise programs. Dr. Hagan has also completed additional training in musculoskeletal (MSK) acupuncture, enhancing her ability to support recovery, reduce pain, and optimize function.
With a special interest in hockey, Dr. Hagan is actively involved as a sideline trainer and chiropractic support for athletes and teams. Whether working with elite athletes or active individuals seeking to maintain a healthy lifestyle, she brings a focused, compassionate approach to helping her patients move and perform at their best.
Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bacherlor of Science (Honours Kinesiology) with a double minor in Rehabilitation Science and Nutrition. She then continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, earning her Doctor of Chiropractic.
Kaitlyn’s treatment approach includes soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise and hands on manipulations to help her clients achieve their individualized goals. She is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST).
Kaitlyn began travelling up to Durham when she was asked by a childhood hockey teammate to join the Senior Durham Lady Huskies team. Fast forward a few years later, she now resides in Durham with her fiancee, Lucas and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Freddie.
Away from clinic, you may see Kaitlyn playing hockey with the Durham Lady Huskies, curling or playing softball with the Durham co-ed league. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors with her Bernese Mountain dog and spending time with friends and family.
